Even on a spiritual level, physical blockages can be signs of deeper emotional themes that deserve your attention. This is where conscious movement comes in: It helps you release stuck energy, treat yourself with more gentleness – and access a deeper connection to your inner self.

Pilates is much more than functional training – it is an invitation to mindful bodywork. Every movement begins from the core, the so-called “powerhouse,” and is performed with awareness and control. By focusing on breath, posture, and flowing movements, space is created for inner perception.
The targeted spring tension supports you not only mechanically but also acts like a gentle counterpart: It opens you up, loosens deep-seated tensions, and helps release blockages on both a physical and emotional level. At the same time, it invites you to engage actively from your core – the so-called powerhouse.
Check in with yourself: How does my body feel today? Where am I holding tension? What releases during the exercise in connection with deep breathing? The mindfulness between movement and sensation opens a deeper level of Pilates practice and brings you to the essence.
