Workshop at REALZ
Changing topics –
Month by Month
Every month, we explore a new topic related to the body, movement, and well-being.
It’s not just about learning something new, but above all about taking away impulses and inspiration that can stay with you in your everyday life long after the workshop is over. Every month brings a new topic, new perspectives, and perhaps even a new opportunity to get to know your body a little better.
Pilates is about much more than regular exercise. It’s a method that requires time, precision, and mindful attention. That’s exactly why we regularly offer workshops at REALZ Pilates – each with a different focus, in small groups, and with plenty of space for individual learning, exploration, experimentation, and mindful awareness.

Introductory workshops for beginners, as well as for those who want to discover classic Pilates equipment training, are also regularly part of our program.
Our Workshop:
Small Groups.
Big Impact.
What can you expect? At REALZ Pilates, we work in small groups of no more than five participants, allowing plenty of time for individual attention and precise guidance. Our workshops take place on classic Pilates equipment – the Reformer, Tower Unit Wall, Chair, and Pedi Pull – as well as on the mat, and are suitable for both beginners and experienced Pilates practitioners.
All of our workshops are based on the classical Pilates method, combining technique, bodywork, and mindful awareness. It’s not just about performing the exercises correctly, but about developing a deeper understanding of your own body. How do I move? Which habits shape the way I move in everyday life? Where do I lack stability, and where could I benefit from greater mobility? This understanding helps you integrate what you learn into your regular practice and everyday life in a sustainable way.
Our workshop topics change throughout the year and are shaped by the needs of our participants. They include, for example, the back, pelvis and hips, shoulder and neck discomfort, mobility, posture, breathing, balance, fascia, as well as working with individual Pilates equipment such as Reformer, Tower Unit Wall oder Chair.
Your Body
in Focus
Unlike in a regular class, there is more time to understand movements, ask questions, and become aware of the connections within your own body. Because sustainable learning doesn’t begin with doing as many exercises as possible, but with developing a better understanding of yourself and your individual range of movement.

New Inspiration.
New Perspectives.
Each workshop is an invitation to explore the Pilates method from a new perspective. Whether as a complement to your regular classes or as an introduction to classical Pilates equipment training, our changing topics offer the opportunity to experience movement more mindfully, understand the connections within your body, and gradually develop a deeper awareness of how you move.
