The Pilates Tower Unit is a combination of mat and equipment training with strong spring resistance. One of the most challenging and effective equipment elements within Pilates training. It improves, strengthens and corrects the entire posture and promotes upright walking. Ideal for Pilates beginners and advanced Pilates practitioners with exclusive classes for every level.

The Pilates Reformer activates the entire centre of the body through flowing movements – for a strong back and a secure, centered body alignment.
