Pilates Wunda Chair training supports you both during pregnancy and the postpartum recovery period, as many exercises can be performed seated or standing.

Using gentle spring resistance, the body is first gently mobilized. As a result, posture is naturally aligned, and over time, the pelvic muscles are gradually strengthened. In addition, tension is eased, and the lower back feels supported and relieved.
