„Passionate
from Berlin“

Founder of REALZ –
Pilates with personality

To me, Pilates is more than movement – it’s a true passion. The desire to share this enthusiasm led my sister and me to found REALZ. What started as pop-up events in Berlin quickly grew into something bigger: A studio that offers people space to grow stronger, to unfold, and to reconnect with their bodies.

I’ve been engaged in bodywork for over 20 years. In 2008, I began my Pilates training, which I later complemented with further education in RMT (Remedial Massage Therapy) and Anatomy Trains. In Structure and Function by Thomas W. Myers. My approach is highly individual.

Every person comes with their own background and needs – and that’s exactly what I base my sessions on. It’s not about forcing someone into a method, but about adapting the method to the person.

“REALZ stands for real connection,
lasting change, and Pilates
that has a deep and lasting impact.”

Kathleen, Founder of REALZ

„Refined
from Berlin“

Founder of REALZ
Pilates with concept – natural. creative. vibrant.

What began as a pop-up event in Berlin with my sister has evolved into REALZ – a place that offers people strength, balance, and connection in a natural and aesthetically thoughtful way.

With REALZ, I’ve created a studio concept born from inner clarity, creativity, and genuine passion. As co-founder and creative head of the studio, I bring together concept development, design, and digital experience. Continuously evolving both the space and our offering with great attention to detail. This makes REALZ not only aesthetically tangible, but also intuitively and communicatively accessible online.

Naturalness and sustainability are core values for me – and they are reflected throughout REALZ: in the details, the materials, the products, and the atmosphere.

“Experience. Movement. Consciously.
A heartfelt project and my gift to Berlin
– a place that touches, inspires, and moves people
in their own unique way.”

Janice, Founder of REALZ
