Perhaps it was the desire for more calm, more strength, more clarity \u2014 for a place where you can truly arrive within yourself. Perhaps you felt that it was time to change something. How often have you left a <strong>Pilates class<\/strong> feeling clearer, more present, more alive? We hope that at REALZ we were able to give you many of these little <strong>moments of happiness<\/strong> this year \u2014 moments that brought a smile to your face and perhaps even changed your day.<br><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>And you where<br><\/strong>not alone in this<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our dedicated <a href=\"https:\/\/realzpilates.berlin\/en\/2024\/04\/07\/what-sets-realz-apart\/\">Pilates teacher team<\/a> has carried you through this year with precision, empathy, strength, and heart. They observed you closely, corrected you, encouraged you, and helped you grow beyond yourself \u2014 in your flow, your breathing, your posture, and sometimes even your thinking. Perhaps it was small impulses during training \u2014 a phrase, a touch, or a smile \u2014 that stirred something within you. What have you discovered anew about yourself?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our studio has also grown \u2014 with many loving changes and first steps toward exciting future projects. Perhaps you\u2019ve felt how much has been happening behind the scenes.
