The desire to share this enthusiasm led my sister and me to found REALZ. What started as pop-up events in Berlin quickly grew into something bigger: A studio that offers people space to grow stronger, to unfold, and to reconnect with their bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve been engaged in bodywork for over 20 years. In 2008, I began my Pilates training, which I later complemented with further education in RMT (Remedial Massage Therapy) and&nbsp;Anatomy Trains in Structure and Function&nbsp;by Thomas W. Myers. My approach is highly individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every person comes with their own background and needs \u2013 and that\u2019s exactly what I base my sessions on. No frills, right in the heart of the city, open to everyone, honest and straightforward. The response was overwhelming \u2013 and it laid the creative foundation for their shared vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2017, <a href=\"https:\/\/realzpilates.berlin\/en\/\">REALZ Pilates<\/a> was born \u2013 a studio of their own, a passion project, a place with soul and quality. The idea was clear from the very beginning: Pilates should be accessible to everyone \u2013 regardless of age, gender, or physical condition. A studio where people can feel comfortable, stand tall, and grow. The journey wasn\u2019t easy \u2013 finding the right space and securing the funding was a real challenge.
