According to the health insurance company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kkh.de\/englisch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KKH<\/a>, sick leave in 2021 due to back pain was at a record high. The reason for these complaints is often a lack of exercise, irregular breaks, sitting for too long and often incorrect posture at work. Weight gain, back problems and other diseases follow. Through a full-body workout such as Pilates, vitality for body, mind and spirit can be regained in just a few hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pilates is part of the new <strong>lifestyle<\/strong> and offers a good and healthy training method to prevent and alleviate physical limitations. Already in medicine, Pilates has long been considered a useful method to treat back problems.
